Abstract

Land is a valuable non-renewable resource, a decisive input factor for all production activities. The 1993 Land Law first created a breakthrough for promoting the socialist market economy in our country. Since then, although there have been many amendments and supplements, the land law regulations and their implementation still have many limitations, inadequacies, and many bottlenecks. This study clarifies a number of limitations in the land legislation, and proposes some solutions to deal with those limitations.
