This is a phonetic and phonological study of consonants and clusters of consonants of Trieng ethnic language spoken in villages in two mountaineous communes of Đăk Dục and Đăk Nông in Ngọc Hồi district in Kontum province in Vietnam. It is one of our various publications of Jeh Trieng language published in 15 years beginning in 2007 up to now. In this paper, an inventory of 61 Trieng consonants and clusters of consonants is discovered. Minimal pairs of Trieng words in which phonological constrasts are provided. Functions of consonants and clusters of consonants in words are referred to. Data was collected directly during September, 26th to October, 26th in 2022 with a list of over 2.000 lexical items. This data was spoken by some native Trieng speakers and was analysed afterward by hearing using phonetic symbols of International Phonetic Alphabet 2018 (abbreviated IPA 2018). Finally, it was recorded and saved in computer to analyse experimently in the future.
