Abstract

In Vietnam today, starting a business is a condition to promote private
economic development, an important driving force of the socialist-oriented market
economy. An overview of Singapore’s experiences in developing a start-up support
system can suggest solutions for Vietnam to soon turn Vietnam into a start-up nation.
