Tình trạng thất nghiệp của lao động khuyết tật ở Việt Nam hiện nay

Abstract

Unemployment is a difficult problem for all countries in the world, not only for developing countries, including Vietnam. Handling unemployment for workers is difficult, but for workers with disabilities, it is still more difficult. Reducing the unemployment rate for disabled labor not only help people with disabilities integrate into the community, but also avoid discrimination, stigma from everyone, but also help the state budget reduce burden. Therefore, Vietnam always has attention for creating jobs for people with disability, but the results achieved are still not high. Although objective reasons in the past time is due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, but it is also partly due to policy systems, employers' organizations and workers with disabilities themselves.

The article uses the method of synthesis, analysis and evaluation to give some findings and the current state of unemployment for workers with disabilities in Vietnam.
