Digital economy towards the recovery and growth of Vietnam's economy in the new context

Abstract

The world is entering the 4th Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0) with
a strong explosion of digital technology. Digital economy (DE) is becoming a
development trend of many countries today. DE is considered the optimal measure to
realize the desire and aspiration to turn Vietnam into a powerful and developed country
with socialist orientation. Over the years, DE has made impressive developments,
helping Vietnam become one of the leading DEs in the region. However, besides the
achieved achievements, many problems are posed for the development of DE in the
new context in our country today.
