Improving enterprise capacity in the process of industrialization and modernization in Vietnam

Abstract

Enterprise capacity is the internal demand of each enterprise, adapting
to the market mechanism; on the basis of technical and technological improvement,
management improvement, improvement of employees’ qualifications, improvement
of capital use efficiency, in order to achieve profits and desired goals. Improving
the capacity of enterprises in the process of industrialization and modernization in
Vietnam is to improve the level, scale and efficiency of the main factors of enterprises
in both quality and quantity to earn more profits, and at the same time contribute to
the implementation of the policy of wealthy people, a strong country, democracy,
justice and civilization, according to six contents: technology and technical level;
human resource qualifications; financial capacity; size and number of enterprises
and employees; production and business efficiency; the role of state management.
