Teaching English to Generation Z students: some adaptative solutions for teachers

Abstract

Each generation of students has a different way of learning and
this makes us as university lecturers have to have a different way of teaching to
adapt, to suit that generation of students. This article mentions the most common
characteristics of Generation Z (also known as Gen Z) students, who were born and
raised in the age of technology, the age of the Internet. Next, the author suggests
some changes in the way English is taught for this generation of students to make
teaching and learning more effective
