Major adjustment requirement of policies for FDI attraction and use

Abstract

Foreign investors investing in Vietnam for 30 years, have madesignificant contributions to domestic capital for development, industry and export.In comparison with expectations, however, FDI has not yet brought into full play theadvantages of investing in high technology, in promoting the spread and training ofhuman resources. In this article the author proposes fresh ideas so as to improve theefficiency of the FDI and enhance the spread to the domestic economy.
