Identification of real estate market in Vietnam

Abstract

The article gives the discussions of the real estate market in Vietnam.Firstly, the article provides some theoretical issues of the real estate market inVietnam: concepts, functions, market classification, operating mechanism of the real estate market and role of the State management as well as the role of the Government in the real estate market. Secondly, the article evaluates the real situation of Vietnam’s real estate market in recent years and proposes some solutions to the development of the real estate market in the years to come
