Abstract

  The Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Higher Education Law passed by the National Assembly on November 19, 2018, at the 6th session of the XIV National Assembly and officially takes effect from 01/07/2019. The autonomy of higher education institutions is officially legalized. The article introduces the autonomy of higher education institutions.
