Vietnam in the east-oriented external strategy of the Russian Federation

Abstract

   The study of the Russian Federation in general and the foreign policy of Russia in particular is important to determine what does Russia want in Vietnam and Vietnam’s position in its policy, proposes to Party and the Government measures to maximize support of the Russian Federation for the contruction and defense of Vietnam.
