Abstract

   The present relationship between the Russian Federation and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is linked to the inheritance of the traditional Soviet union-Vietnam friendship relations based on the principles formed from the October Revolution. According to the author, the issues of cooperation between the Soviet Union / Russia and Vietnam in the field of education and training play an important role and together with the signing of the Treaty on comprehensive strategic cooperation between the two countries, they are being raised to a new level of quality.
