The business environment has improved significantly in recent years, but still contains many difficulties and challenges. Discrimination still exists between private and state-owned enterprises, between domestic private enterprises and foreigninvested enterprises in administrative procedures, in accessing financial resources., ... These are barriers that make difficulties for private enterprises to become the driving force of the economy, if we do not have the solutions to overcome.
