Impact of 4.0 Industrial revolution to labor relationship in Vietnam

Abstract

The 4.0 industrial revolution is affecting many fields, including labor relations. With the advent of “smart factories” or “digital factories”, it has fundamentally changed the relationship between employers and employees, as well as changed both the model and the institution of the labor relationship (LR). The article identifies the changes of industrial relations due the impact of the 4.0 industrial revolution, thereby makes some recommendations to improve the institution of industrial relations in Vietnam.
