Private Economy in Vietnam – the role and development solutions

Abstract

The great achievements of socio-economic development in more than 30 years of our country’s renovation have been a significant contribution of the private sector. From these vivid practices, the XII Party Congress affirmed: “The private economy is an important driving force” [1] of a socialist-oriented market economy. This is a source of encouragement for entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity, creating vitality and breakthrough for strong development of our country in the coming period.
