Improving the quality of human resources in hai phong city’s industrial parks

Abstract

Developing high-quality human resources is one of the three strategic breakthroughs of Hai Phong City. Training highly skilled human resources for industrial zones in Hai Phong plays an important role in building the city into a first-class urban area, a national industrial and service center, the growth pole of the North region’s driving force and the key to developing the sea-island economy. Through researching and assessing the current situation of human resources in industrial parks in Hai Phong, the author of the article proposes some solutions to improve the quality of such human resources.
