Some comments on the phd students’ recruitment and training in 2021

Abstract

The article analyzes the new points of the Regulation on enrollment and training at doctoral level according to Circular No. 08/2017/TT-BGDĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training. From there, it provides information for managers and doctoral candidates to have a better view of the change in the regulations on admission and doctoral training
