Training human resources of seaport logistics services in Danang city: situation and solutions

Abstract

Seaport logistics service is a type of service that plays an important role in the social-economic development of Da Nang city. Training human resources for seaport logistics services is the most important issue. Based on using and analyzing secondary data sources on the current situation of training human resources for seaport logistics services in Da Nang city, the article shows that, still exist, limitations in the training of human resources for seaport logistics services in Da Nang city. Analyze and evaluate research results, at the same time proposes some solutions to improve the quality of human resource training in seaport logistics services in Da Nang city in the coming period.
