Improving the public cadres and civil servants in Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi City

Abstract

The Officials play an important positions in the operations of state administrative offices, who are directly involved in the process of law formulation and enforcement, also who advise, plan, implement, inspect the implementation of the Party and State’s policies. This article analyzes the positives and the drawbacks of the Officials in Hai Ba Trung district People’s Committee, in order to have appropriate solutions to improve the quality of these objects.
