Abstract

Coffee is not only a drink widely used but also a high potential item for exporting. This study aims to survey and select the appropriate parameters to produce a convenient product for coffee consumers. Coffee bag with a volume of 10 g coffee powder and 80 mL water, in 10 minutes is considered to be suitable parameters.
