MEASUREMENT OF OPERATION EFFICIENCY OF VIETNAM COMMERCIAL BANKS ABSTRACT

Abstract

In the fiercely competitive environment at present, banks are constantly working to improve its position in the eyes of customers, partners and investors. One of the criterias to identify potition besides of scale, network operations, reputation... it is operation efficiency. The evaluation of the operation efficiency of the commercial banks is not only important implications for the bank to consider use of resources as a whole, strengthening competitiveness, but also makes sense for the state management agencies in supporting, enabling banks to better operation.
