The 3D printing industry is a trend of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the trend of the future, gradually replacing the manufacture of products from simple to complex with just a few small steps. In recent years, the application of 3D printing technology in food has been
attracting many researchers, especially in the field of food science. In Vietnam, this field has not been paid much attention. Therefore, this research seeks the existing foundations and wants to create a product that initially applies 3D printing technology in chocolate foods. This paper proposes mechanical and control structures for chocolate 3D printers for dining and decoration through summarizing conceptualization, computation and design, fabrication, assembly and experimental investigation. The results of printed samples of chocolate foods highlighed that the designed machine is capable of satisfying chocolate pattern, which is suitable for the design shape from CAD software
