CREATIVITY, INNOVATION, BRAVERY OF HO CHI MINH IN THE WORK "MODIFYING THE WAY OF WORKING"

Abstract

In 1947, in the context that our country had just gained independence, the resistance war against the French colonialists had just begun, the revolutionary career was facing many challenges, Ho Chi Minh wrote the work "Modifying the way of working" under the pen-name X.Y.Z. "Modifying the way of working" is the work discussing the first ruling party completely and integrally in the heritage of President Ho Chi Minh, which has great meaning and effect in improving leadership capacity, ruling capacity and fighting strength of the Party before, now and in the future. On the basis of historical methodology, mainly by historical and logical methods, the author presents the creativity, innovation and bravery of Ho Chi Minh in the work and the application of our Party today, thereby affirming the great historical value of "Modifying the way of working" for the construction of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
