01. Control gross error in triangulation network

Abstract

Nowadays, development of GNSS technology (Global Navigation Satellite System) can solve difficulties of the former measurement methods. However, implementation of the standard GNSS network is not always feasible, for example, in areas with a large coverage (e.g. jungles or large-scale building structures). Accordingly, establishing triangulation or traverse is necessary. The paper presents conceptual framework and example to control gross error in triangulation network on the application of the recurrent adjustment.
