18. Results of handling petitions, reflections, complaints and denunciations related to land in Ha Tinh city, Ha Tinh province, during the period 2022 - 2024

Abstract

The study was conducted to assess the current situation and propose solutions to enhance the effectiveness of handling petitions, reflections, complaints, and denunciations related to the land sector in Ha Tinh city, Ha Tinh province, during the period of 2022 - 2024. This work plays a crucial role in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, contributing to maintaining social stability and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of land in the locality. During the research period, the total number of eligible petitions for processing was 708, of which 533 petitions were in the land sector, accounting for 75.3 %. The number of petitions that were resolved was 605, accounting for 91.8 % of the total number of petitions received. To achieve the research objectives, the authors used the following methods: document collection, data analysis, comparison, and interview methods to objectively assess the current status of handling the above-mentioned types of petitions. Based on the research results, the group proposed a number of practical solutions to improve the effectiveness of receiving and handling petitions, feedback, complaints, and denunciations in the land sector, thereby contributing to enhancing the effectiveness of state management of land at the local level.
