Strengthening environmental security and order in rural areas of Vinh Phuc province during industrialization and modernization era

Abstract

Environmental security is a non-traditional security type, which is also a part of national security. Ensuring environmental security is to protect the conditions for nation sustainable development and political and social-economic stability. That requires a strong specialized and professional force with decentralized power. This paper assesses the status of environmental pollution and human resource for maintaining the security and order in general, and environmental security in particular. Besides, the paper also proposes some solutions to improve the quality of maintaining security activities in rural areas of Vinh Phuc province during industrialization and modernization era.
