The research results identified 45 specialized supplementary exercises for teaching Taekwondo kicking techniques within the elective sports program for female students at the Academy of Finance. The application of these exercises during training significantly improved the students’ Taekwondo kicking techniques, contributing to the mastery of the elective sport and enhancing academic performance in the subject. Additionally, the exercises helped develop key competencies such as physical fitness, self-confidence, flexibility, quick thinking, and creativity. The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant, with P < 0.05
