The Physical Education (PE) program at the University of Transport and Communications has achieved certain positive results, supported by a highly qualified teaching staff who are flexible in applying traditional teaching methods. However, there remain some limitations that need addressing, such as: inadequate facilities to meet demand, a low lecturer-to-student ratio, and a lack of modern teaching methodologies. The research findings provide an important scientific basis for the University to adjust, innovate, and and improve the curriculum in an elective-oriented direction, thereby further enhancing the quality of Physical Education for students.
