Abstract

The institution for science and technology development is a set of legal norms issued or recognized by the State, regulating social relations arising in scientific research activities, experimental research and development, technology development and application, and innovation to promote the key role and driving force of science and technology in socio economic development, serving the common goals of the country. This article analyzes the requirements and discusses some solutions that need to be implemented in relation to improving the institution for science and technology development to meet those requirements in the current period.
