The current global landscape has undergone complex changes, strongly affecting the trajectory of countries around the world. In this context, accurately determining Vietnam's position within both the regional and global order is essential and holds significant importance in shaping Vietnam’s current foreign policy strategy. This article discusses Vietnam’s positioning in the global security, political, and economic architecture, as well as within the global multilateral foreign policy framework. Through this recognition, Vietnam continues to pursue a foreign policy that is active, proactive, and responsible in international relations through 2030 with a vision toward 2045.
