Solutions to improve the effectiveness of local governance associated with decentralization and delegation of power in Vietnam

 Improving the effectiveness of local governance to meet the demands of the new context and situation is a pressing issue in Vietnam today. To enhance the effectiveness of local governance, especially in the context of the ongoing reforms to reorganize the political system, merging administrative units, and implementing a two-tiered local government model, a comprehensive set of solutions is needed, encompassing both administrative and political dimensions. This article analyzes the system of solutions regarding decentralization and delegation of power associated with improving the effectiveness of local governance.
