Solutions for making the private economy the most important driving force of the economy as the country enters a new era

Developing the private economy is a major policy of the Party in  the  country's  renewal  process.  This  article  summarizes  the  Party's viewpoint on private economic development through various National Party Congresses and proposes several solutions to realize the Party's viewpoint according to Resolution 68-NQ/TW, so that the private economy becomes the most important driving force of the economy, contributing predominantly to double-digit economic growth, and making Vietnam a high-income developed country by 2045.
