Biological Age Determination for Tomato cv 'Savior' Grown in Spring-Summer Season by Modeling Approach

Abstract

     In the curent study, the biological age of tomato cv 'Savior' grown in spring summer season was determined using modeling approach. The model was calibrated based on two input variables: mass and fruit color changes during fruit development and ripening. The model was successfully validated using a single point estimation method. The data in this study can be combined with the quality attributes at diferent physiological stages to calibrate the model for predicting the optimal harvest time of tomato cv Savior in further research.
