Abstract

In the context of escalating US-China strategic rivalry and global supply chain reconfiguration, Vietnam has implemented a multidimensional adaptation strategy aimed at balancing pressures from major powers, repositioning its role within global value chains and safeguarding national interests. This article examines the opportunities and challenges that Vietnam confronts amidst the intensifying geopolitical and geoeconomic competition among major powers in Southeast Asia, and explores the measures underpinning strategic adaptability in the new situation.
