Decentralization in state management in some countries and lessons for Vietnam

Abstract

Decentralization is an important concept for state organization and management, facilitating the allocation of power and responsibilities across various levels of governance, thereby improving efficiency and democracy in management of countries. Studying the advantages and disadvantages of decentralization models of countries around the world provides valuable insights, thereby helping Vietnam refine its governance system to increase effectiveness and efficiency in state management.
