Abstract

Dak Lak province is located in the central region of the Central Highlands, home to 49 ethnic groups, with ethnic minorities accounting for 34.37% of the population. Thanks to the consistent implementation of development policies, the socio-economic conditions of ethnic minority areas in Dak Lak have continuously improved in recent years. In particular, the mobilization and effective use of resources, including human resources, have played a key role in this progress. This study clarifies the current situation and proposes several implications for effectively mobilizing and utilizing human resources to promote socio-economic development in ethnic minority areas of Dak Lak province.
