Abstract

This study reviews scales for logistics service quality in the literature to propose a proper scale for measuring logistics service quality in Da Nang City. The findings indicate the humble degree of logistics service quality in Da Nang, especially in terms of consistent service performance, customer feedback handling, and applicability
of information technology (IT) and electronic data interchange (EDI) in customer services.
