Applying HOLSAT model to assess international tourists’ satisfaction at Hoi An destination, Quang Nam province

Abstract

The study applied HOLSAT model to assess international tourists’ satisfaction at Hoi An destination through a set of survey data from 205 international tourists. The results show 33 attributes (25 positive attributes and 8 negative attributes) in evaluating international tourists’ satisfaction at Hoi An destination. The results from this research allow us to suggest policy implications to improve the satisfaction of international tourists towards the destination of Hoi An in the near future.
