Abstract

Truong Xuan green agricultural cooperative is a successful new agricultural cooperative model of Quang Nam province, established under the Law on Cooperatives in 2012. This article focuses on analyzing the business model of Truong Xuan green agricultural cooperative in the following aspects: i) Overview of the cooperative; ii) Current situation of production and business model of the cooperative; iii) Current status of the cooperative’s access to new cooperative support policies issued by Quang Nam province; iiii) Some shortcomings of the model and recommendations.
