The impact of leadership capacity on corporate culture creating work motivation for FPT Software employees in Da Nang

Abstract

Currently, Vietnamese businesses have been aware of the importance of
invisible competition by leadership capacity and corporate culture. However, investment
in developing corporate culture and human resources has been limited. After 16 years of
operation (since August 13, 2005), FPT Software Da Nang has continuously grown and become
the largest information technology enterprise in the Central Viet Nam. In the last 3 years, the
average annual growth rate of FPT Software Da Nang has accounted for more than 70%.
Data collected from 320 employees at the enterprise is analyzed using the Sem model. The
results show that leadership capacity has a direct influence on corporate culture motivating
its employees. The author suggests implications for management that helps FPT Software Da
Nang and other businesses in Vietnam gain competitive advantage.
