Human security in the 13th National Party Congress documents

Abstract

Human beings have been the central entity of all ages since there existed
classes and states in societies. This issue has been discussed with different highlights
depending on each ruling class during historical periods. Today, human issues are not only
about individuals, classes, and nations, but also about the whole world. Therefore, human
security and safety for human life has been of interest to all over the world. For the first time,
human security has been paid close and thoughtful attention in official documents of the
Communist Party of Viet Nam. The article analyzes human security that is mentioned in 13th
National Party Congress documents.
