Vietnam's retail industry in digital transformation - opportunities and challenges

Abstract
This study outlines the picture of the formation and development of the retail industry, the retail business model, based on a synthesis of domestic and foreign studies, inheriting and focusing mainly on the digital transformation of the industry to indicate strategies for digital transformation decision making in retail businesses in Vietnam. The retail industry in Vietnam is facing many opportunities and challenges of digital transformation under the industrial revolution 4.0. Research results are an important reference source for research and practical application for the retail industry in digital transformation.
