FACTORS AFFECTING THE BIRTH OF CHINA'S “BELT AND ROAD INVENTION”

Abstract

China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is a strategic "project of the century" born in the context of complicated changes in the world, the region as well as at home. This initiative has an impact on many countries and fields, including Vietnam. The article analyzes the process of BRI formation, international and domestic factors affecting the formation of BRI, thereby providing and supplementing some theoretical issues about BRI.
