The article briefly analyzes the situation of victims of crimes against human dignity and honor in Ho Chi Minh City in the period 2010-2021; analyzing and clarifying the causes from the victim’s side leading to the situation of crimes against the human dignity and honor of people in Ho Chi Minh City. Since then, it has proposed measures to strengthen the prevention of crimes against the human dignity and honor in Ho Chi Minh City from the perspective of the victim’s side.
