Lingzhi {Ganoderma lucidum) has been well known for  its activities in disease's treatment.

There  have  been  many  studies  including  international  and  Vietnamese  on  lingzhi  and  its

properties.  However,  the  aims  of  this  study  were  to  investigate  as  gentle  as  possible  the

condition   of  extraction.   Moreover  solvent  was  also  a  technologically   concerned   problem

recently,  therefore  the  purpose  was  to  eliminate  this  factor.  The  results  have  showed  that

extraction  in  hot  water  (80°C), then  scattering  in  ethanol  (30%)  will  produce  compounds  with

relatively high anti oxidant activities.
