Abstract

The TiO2 nanocrystalline films were prepared by using a spray pyrolysis on the glass substrates preheated at temperature of 450oC from TiCl4 solutions. The phase composition andgrain size of the obtained films were examined by XRD, and surface morphology- by SEM.
