Nowadays fast-growing information and communication technologies brings aboutmultiple applications and support tools for all areas including technology management. Morderntechnology applications could be real effective support tools for managers and strategic plannersonly with the availability of suitable management and assessment methodology andcorresponding data model confidential and customizable to applied environments and end-users'changing requirements. This article aims to introduce an integrated database system built fromsmallest components of the socio-economy. Designed and developed according to highquantitative and consistent methodology, it provides the manager with not only an insight intothe so-called "technology atlas" of every industry at different levels but also analytical anq,appraising tools that will effectively support decision-making process.
