Research on calculation of cutting machine drive system

This paper presents a study on the principles and design calculations of the drive system for a micro-fiber cutting machine in chemical fiber production, focusing on motor selection, transmission ratio distribution, and technological parameters to ensure stable, reliable, and efficient operation. The research establishes relationships between cutting speed, feed speed, motor speed, and adjustment length, providing a basis for motor selection, machine calibration, and product quality control. The results demonstrate that the designed drive system meets technical requirements with high reliability, contributes to productivity improvement, reduces waste, and serves as a foundation for subsequent design and manufacturing stages.
