This paper focuses on analyzing the current status of academic advising activities for K18 students at Quang Ninh University of Industry, thereby identifying limitations in coordination, management, and support for students’ learning and personal development. Based on survey data and evaluation results, the study proposes a set of solutions to enhance the role and responsibilities of academic advisors, including innovating advising processes, improving professional capacity, applying information technology, and improving coordination mechanisms among relevant units.
