Abstract

Thus, continuing education is considered as a form of education in line with the new educational trend, which is the socialization of education, building a "learning society, lifelong learning", as the foundation for the training human resources for national development. Quang Ninh University of Industry in association with Dong Trieu Vocational and Continuing Education Center and Quang Ninh Vietnamese - Korean College manage and teach high school culture according to the program of secondary education combined with vocational training created. conditions for many school-age students to continue their studies, master their knowledge, and have the opportunity to find jobs.
